Kleopatra provides a convenient GUI for PGP on Windows. The default PIN / PGP password timeout might need to be changed to avoid excessively typing a long password every few minutes, if it’s suitable for your physical and cyber security environment.

To change the PIN timeout, from Kleopatra click Settings → Configure Kleopatra → GNUpg System → Private Keys → Expire cached PINs after N seconds.
