The Aspell user dictionary is typically at “$HOME/.aspell.en.pws”. The location of the Aspell user dictionary is found by:

aspell --lang=en dump config | grep -A2 -e "home-dir (string)" -e "personal (string)"

Aspell is availale on Linux package managers, macOS, Windows Subsystem for Linux.
